Lacspace respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on our Services that you believe infringes your copyright, and how the person who posted it can respond. It complements our Terms of Use and License Agreement.
All Lacspace software, designs, content, and trademarks are our property or our licensors', protected by law and licensed, not sold. See the License Agreement for permitted uses and restrictions, and our brand guidelines for trademark use.
If you are a rights holder (or authorised to act for one) and believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@lacspace.com with the subject “Copyright Notice.” We review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the reported content.
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@lacspace.com including:
We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
Submitting a false or bad-faith notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability. Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith before submitting.
