Copyright & IP Policy

Lacspace respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content on our Services that you believe infringes your copyright, and how the person who posted it can respond. It complements our Terms of Use and License Agreement.

All Lacspace software, designs, content, and trademarks are our property or our licensors', protected by law and licensed, not sold. See the License Agreement for permitted uses and restrictions, and our brand guidelines for trademark use.

If you are a rights holder (or authorised to act for one) and believe content on our Services infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@lacspace.com with the subject “Copyright Notice.” We review valid notices and may remove or disable access to the reported content.

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL or location of the allegedly infringing material.
• Your name, address, email, and (if acting for a rights holder) your authority.
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@lacspace.com including:

• identification of the removed content and its former location;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
• your name, address, email, and consent to jurisdiction; and
• your physical or electronic signature.

We may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Submitting a false or bad-faith notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability. Please ensure your claims are accurate and made in good faith before submitting.
