Before you download
Is Lacspace One free?
Yes. The app is free on Google Play and the App Store, and the web version at one.lacspace.com is free to open.
Do I need to be a Lacspace client?
No. Anyone can create an account in the app to ask for a quote, book a call, use the tools or talk to Lumi. If you’re already a client, sign in with the email you gave us and your projects are there.
Which devices does it run on?
Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, and any modern browser on a computer or phone through one.lacspace.com.
Is it the same account on every device?
Yes. Sign in anywhere with the same account and you see the same projects, messages and invoices.
How do I sign in?
With your email and password, or with a one-time code we send to your email. You can choose to stay signed in.
Can I pay invoices in the app?
Every invoice is in Billing with its status and a PDF, and clients can pay from the app where online payment is available for their invoice.
