IP ownership or an exclusive licence is granted exactly as the agreement specifies.

Confidentiality
Deliverables are handled under the confidentiality terms of the engagement.
No redistribution
The client may not redistribute or resell the package beyond the agreed scope, unless the contract says so.

Support and updates are provided as set out in the statement of work.

You receive the bespoke package under the Client Licence terms of that agreement.
It depends on the agreement. We can assign IP to you, grant you an exclusive licence, or retain reusable components — whatever the signed engagement specifies.
Only within the scope set out in your agreement. If you need broader rights, we simply write that into the contract.
No. It is delivered privately to you. It is not published to public registries unless you ask us to.
