This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets the rules for using all Lacspacewebsites, apps, APIs, and services (the “Services”). It protects our users, our platform, and the public. It supplements our Terms of Use and License & Code of Conduct; by using the Services you agree to follow it.
You are responsible for your use of the Services, for anyone you allow to use them, and for content you submit. You must use the Services lawfully, ethically, and only for their intended purpose, and you must have the rights and consents needed for any data you process.
Do not overload, disrupt, or degrade the Services or their infrastructure; do not use automated means to access the Services beyond published rate limits; and do not scrape or harvest data at scale without our written permission. We may throttle or suspend usage that threatens platform stability.
You must not use our AI features to generate unlawful content or deceptive deepfakes, to enable unlawful surveillance or profiling, to provide unsupervised professional advice where a qualified human is required, or to circumvent safety systems or extract our models. Do not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, phishing, or deceptive communications, or to harvest contact details for such purposes. Messaging features must comply with applicable anti-spam and consent laws.
Report suspected AUP violations to abuse@lacspace.com and security issues to security@lacspace.com. We investigate reports and act proportionately.
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, content removal, rate limiting, suspension, or termination, and we may cooperate with law enforcement. Where feasible we act proportionately, but we may act immediately where use poses a security, safety, or legal threat. Termination for AUP breach may occur without refund.
We may update this AUP to address new risks and technologies. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
