Find Vacancies & Apply — How to Use Lacspace One Careers
Lacspace One puts job opportunities at your fingertips. This guide walks you through the complete process — from logging in to submitting your application and what happens next. Follow these steps to improve your chance of getting selected.
Overview — What to Expect
Using the Lacspace One app you can:
- Browse all active vacancies in the Careers section
- Open a job to read full details and requirements
- Hit Apply and fill a short form with CV/portfolio links and a cover letter
- Receive confirmation — our HR team reviews, calls for interview, and begins training for selected candidates
Step-by-Step: How to Find a Vacancy
- Install & Open Lacspace One — download from Google Play or open the app if already installed.
- Login or Register — create an account or sign in with your email. A complete profile helps (name, email, country, short about).
- Go to the Careers screen — from the Home menu tap Careers (sometimes labeled Jobs).
- Browse all jobs — the Jobs screen shows active vacancies with role, location, and short summary. Use filters or search if available.
Step-by-Step: How to Read a Job & Decide
- Open the job — tap any listing to read full details: responsibilities, skills required, experience, salary band (if provided) and job type.
- Match with your CV — check if your resume/portfolio aligns with the role. If yes, proceed to apply.
Step-by-Step: Apply — The Exact Flow
- Tap Apply on the job details screen.
- Fill the short application form — typically includes: full name, email (pre-filled if logged in), phone number, resume / portfolio link, and a short cover letter explaining why you’re fit.
- Add a Resume/Portfolio Link — if you don’t have a direct PDF link, follow these steps:
- Upload your CV/Resume to Google Drive.
- Right-click the uploaded file → Get link → set link access to Anyone with the link (or Anyone on the internet with this link), then copy the share URL.
- Paste the copied drive link into the resume field in the form.
- Write a clear cover letter — 2–4 short lines: your role, relevant skills, and where you worked (or a portfolio highlight). Example: “I’m a frontend developer with 3 years React experience — portfolio: [link]. I built X product used by Y users.”
- Submit the form — after submission you’ll see a confirmation screen or message in-app and receive an email if provided.
What Happens After You Apply?
- Initial review: Our HR team verifies your details and resume link.
- Phone interview: Short screening call to confirm availability and basic fit.
- Technical interview / assignment: For technical roles we may request a short test or portfolio demonstration.
- Final interview and offer: If selected, we schedule onboarding and training.

- ✔ Tailor cover letters to the role — short, specific, and impact-focused.
- ✔ Highlight outcomes (projects, users, revenue) not just tasks.
