A startup in New York, London or Sydney does not need a software partner down the road. It needs one that answers in its time zone, puts the price in writing and ships working software it can see every week. This is how we do that at Lacspace, a remote-first software company.
Step 1: a first call with the builders
You book a free 30-minute call, with no card and no obligation. You speak to the people who would build your product, not a sales script. Tell us the problem; we tell you honestly what we would build, what you should buy off the shelf, and what to leave alone. We run calls in every time zone, from the Americas to Europe and Asia-Pacific. If you need an NDA first, say so and we sign it before the call.
Step 2: scope and price in writing
After the call you get a short written recap. If you want a proposal, you get a written scope, timeline and fixed price before any work starts. Nothing is billed until you agree to it, so the cost is never a surprise.
Step 3: built in releases you approve
Work arrives in small versions inside the Lacspace One app on iPhone, Android and the web. You test each version, then approve it or ask for changes. Invoices, meetings and project updates live in the same place, which matters when you are eight or twelve hours apart.
Step 4: launch, and it is yours
We put the product live on your domain and your app store accounts and hand over the accounts. The code is yours, not rented.
Step 5: run and support
If you want us to keep it running, we host it, check it every two minutes on our public status page, fix what breaks and add what comes next.
What we build
- Web apps and SaaS platforms, from first version to scale.
- iPhone and Android apps from one codebase, with over-the-air updates.
- AI features and automation wired into your existing workflow.
- Admin dashboards, internal tools and integrations.
We also build and run our own products, such as the StockYatra trading app and the Lacspace One client app, so the practices above are the ones we use on our own software every day.
Why remote works for early-stage teams
- Lower cost: no office rent priced into your invoice.
- Progress overnight: with time-zone overlap planned in, work moves while you sleep and you review it in the morning.
- Everything in writing: scope, price, releases and approvals are recorded, so nothing depends on a hallway conversation.
Ready to talk it through? Book a free 30-minute call and tell us what you are building.
