Practice only motivates for so long without something to show for it. Since 18 October 2026, every practice exam you pass on iSmartExams earns a certificate you can download, verify and share. It costs nothing extra.

How you earn one
Pass an exam within its time limit and the certificate is issued automatically. If you take the same exam again and do better, your certificate is upgraded instead of duplicated. The grade follows your score:
| Grade | Score |
|---|---|
| Distinction | 80% or more |
| Merit | 60% to 79% |
| Pass | Passing score below 60% |
The combined certificate
After five or more passed exams you can build one combined certificate. It lists the exams you choose and an overall percentage, calculated as your total score divided by the total marks, so a long exam counts for more than a short quiz.
Anyone can check it
Each certificate carries an eight-character code and a QR code. Scanning the QR, or typing the code at verify.ismartexams.com, opens a public page with the learner's name, the exam, the grade, the date and a clear valid or revoked status. A certificate cannot be faked by editing a PDF, because the verify page reads from iSmartExams itself.
Download and share
From the app or the portal you can download the certificate as a PDF and add it to your LinkedIn profile with one button, which pre-fills the certificate name, issuer and verify link. When a new certificate is issued, the push notification shows the certificate card itself as the picture on Android and in the browser.
What a certificate is, and isn't
An iSmartExams certificate shows you completed and passed a practice exam on the platform, at a stated grade, on a stated date. It is a record of practice and achievement. It is not an official JLPT, IELTS, Goethe or other language certificate, and it is not an accredited qualification. For those, sit the official exam; iSmartExams helps you prepare for it.
