The starting point
Most small and growing businesses already pay for email, through their hosting company, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Zoho. What they often lack is a good place to read and act on it. The webmail that comes with many hosting plans is basic, and moving everything to a new provider is risky and slow.
We built Lacspace Mail so a team can keep the mailbox it has and still get a modern inbox.
What we built
Lacspace Mail signs in to an existing mailbox over IMAP and SMTP, keeps a searchable copy in sync and writes every change back to the provider. If a business ever stops using it, its mail is exactly where it was. On top of the mailbox it adds:
- Smart categories and Focused: every message is sorted as it arrives, and Focused shows what needs a person, with no AI key needed.
- Phishing checks on SPF, DKIM and DMARC for every message, with clear warnings, and one-click unsubscribe.
- Automations with conditions, actions, a preview and a run log, including signed webhooks to your own systems.
- Snooze, follow-ups and scheduled send, with undo send and out-of-office, all run on the server.
- Templates, campaigns and sequences: a Templates Studio with your brand kit and a deliverability score, campaigns with tracking and suppression, and sequences from your own mailbox that stop when someone replies.
- A leads board next to the inbox, fed by a free Lead Finder that runs on your own computer.
- Lumi AI and Today: summaries, action items, drafts in your tone, translation, a pre-send review and a daily briefing.
Privacy by design
Two decisions shaped the product. First, Lumi only sees the message or draft you are looking at, never the whole mailbox and never credentials, and it never sends on its own. Second, the Lead Finder does not scrape from our servers. It runs in a browser on your own computer and pushes results to your board through a token that lasts 24 hours and covers one search.
Outreach from the same place
Teams that sell by email can run campaigns and sequences next to their inbox. Campaigns send through the platform sender, shown as your brand via Lacspace Mail with your address in Reply-To and one-click unsubscribe headers, or, for small lists, through your own mailbox within its daily limit. Sequences always go from your own mailbox and stop when someone replies. Suppression lists keep people who unsubscribed from hearing from you again.
How a team starts
Lacspace enables the company’s domain, then everyone signs in at mail.lacspace.com with their existing address and password. It works with Hostinger, Titan, GoDaddy, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, Yahoo, iCloud and any server that speaks IMAP and SMTP. Some Google and Microsoft tenants need an app password, or IMAP enabled by an admin. Lacspace Mail runs on the web and installs as an app on desktop, Android and iOS, with push notifications.
What’s next
Lacspace Mail launched in October 2026 and keeps growing with the teams that use it. Read more on the Lacspace Mail page, open mail.lacspace.com, or book a demo and we will set it up with you.
