Booking a haircut should not depend on someone picking up the phone during a busy hour. Yet that is how a lot of salon visits still start: you find a pin on a map, call, hear it ring out, and end up going somewhere else. The salon never even knows it lost you.

Saloonly is our answer to that. It is a marketplace where you can find salons, spas and barbers near you, see what they offer and what it costs, and book a time that is actually free, without a call and without creating an account. You pay at the salon, the way you always have.

What Saloonly does

Saloonly brings the salons around you into one place and lets you book them in a minute:

  • Find salons nearby on a map or a list, by the kind of place you want: hair, beauty, barber, spa or nails, and by area.
  • See real services and prices on each salon's page, with its opening hours, its team and where to find it.
  • Pick a time that is really free. Times are worked out from the salon's own hours, its team and the bookings it already has.
  • Book with a name and a mobile number. No account, no password, no card details.
  • Pay at the salon, in cash, by card or however the salon takes payment.
  • Change or cancel your booking later, from "Me" in the app or My bookings on the website.

Built for people who just want a time

Saloonly is deliberately simple. It does not ask you to sign up before you can see anything, and it does not take a card to hold a slot. You give a name and a mobile number so the salon can reach you about the booking, and that is it. Your bookings stay on your device, and you can add an email whenever you like to see them on any device.

Your details, your call. You can delete your details at any time: on the website from My bookings, Profile, and in the app from Me. Your name, phone, email and saved salons are erased straight away.

Every time on Saloonly is shown in the salon's local time, because that is when you need to walk in, and every price is shown in the salon's own currency. Saloonly is built for salons anywhere, and you can book with any mobile number in international format.

More than haircuts

Saloonly covers the places people book most: unisex and ladies' salons, barbershops, spas, nail studios, makeup artists and skin clinics. Many salons also sell products on the shelf. On Saloonly, you can add a salon's products to your basket, place the order, and collect and pay at the counter when the salon marks it ready.

What sits behind the listings

Saloonly is a marketplace from SaloonERP, the salon management software built by Lacspace. That matters for you as a customer, because a salon's page on Saloonly is not a copy someone has to remember to update. It is drawn from the services, prices, team and hours the salon already keeps in SaloonERP. When the salon changes a price, the listing follows.

When you book, your booking lands in the salon's normal diary, next to the phone bookings and walk-ins. The team checks you in exactly as they would anyone else. We explain how that works in Saloonly and SaloonERP: one record, two front doors.

Where to get it

Run a salon?

Listing on Saloonly is free, with no subscription. Saloonly earns a commission only on the bookings it brings you, and the rate is agreed with each salon rather than fixed. Our Saloonly for salon owners: a practical guide covers how to get listed and how bookings reach your diary, and SaloonERP explains it for salons on its Saloonly page.
