2048, Sudoku, Minesweeper, Nonogram, Sokoban, Lights Out, Tower of Hanoi, Sliding Puzzle, Maze Runner, Block Blast, Gridlock and a pipe-connecting puzzle. These are the games to pick when you want to think. Sudoku has three difficulty levels, notes and hints, and most puzzles can be put down and picked up again later.
Strategy & Board (10 games)
Ludo, Checkers, Reversi, Connect Four, Gomoku, Mancala, Dots & Boxes, Snakes & Ladders, Tic Tac Toe and Code Breaker. You can play against Lumi AI or pass the phone to a friend. Ludo can also be played online with friends (how online Ludo works), but offline Ludo needs no internet at all.
Cards & Solitaire (4 games)
Solitaire (Klondike, with a Vegas scoring mode), Spider, FreeCell and Call Break. In Call Break, three Lumi AI players fill the table, so a full four-player game is always ready.
Sports & Table (2 games)
Carrom, with flick physics and Lumi AI at three levels, and Cricket, which is played from a TV-style camera behind the batter and has a recorded crowd (see how we rebuilt it).
Racing & Riding (6 games)
Apex Moto, Turbo Lane, Hill Rider, Drift Run, Jet Ski Slalom and Night Rider. Apex Moto is the headline game here, a motorbike race against up to seven riders.
Reflex & Arcade (9) and Retro Arcade (6)
Reflex & Arcade: Air Hockey, Bubble Shooter, Ball Bounce, Mini Golf, Bullseye, Reaction Time, Tap Rush, Colour Match and Typing Speed.
Retro Arcade: Snake, Brick Breaker, Pong, Stack Tower and two falling-block and flying arcade classics.
These are short and quick, good for a two-minute wait.
Word & Language (5) and Numbers & Math (4)
Word & Language: Daily Word, Word Search, Hangman, Word Scramble and Word Puzzle.
Numbers & Math: Quick Math, Guess Number, Number Sequence and Number Memory.
These are good for keeping your vocabulary and mental arithmetic sharp.
Memory & Focus (4), Colours & Liquids (5), Animals & Birds (4)
Memory & Focus: Memory Match, Pattern Memory, Odd One Out and Number Rush.
Colours & Liquids: Pour Sort, Fill It Up, Paint Mixer, Colour Flood and Hue Shift. These are calm, satisfying sorting games.
Animals & Birds: Chicken Run, Egg Catch, Birdsong and Animal Sounds, with real recorded animal calls. Younger players love this category.
Fun & Chance (5 games)
Rock Paper Scissors, Higher or Lower, Dice Duel, a five-dice scoring game, and Lacspace HQ. In Lacspace HQ you run a small software studio: hire a team, win client projects and grow the office.
